The Tan Tag permits returns or exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery. Should you decide to return an item, a refund equivalent to the purchase amount will be credited to your bank account. For size exchanges or receipt of a damaged item, a replacement will be provided at no additional cost. Exchanges are subject to the item's availability in stock and the condition of the returned item.

What can be returned or exchanged?
  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to ensure a smooth return process.
  • Items must be intact and in their original condition.
  • Exchanges are limited to similar or different sizes. Only size exchanges are permitted.
Things to know about Exchanges:
  • Exchanges are only available for addresses serviceable by our logistics team.
  • If returning an item purchased with a free gift or offer, the maximum refund amount or the MRP of the free item will be deducted until all free gifts and/or offer items are satisfactorily received.
Returning your items:
  • If choosing to self-ship items, please ensure they are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
  • It is recommended to use a trusted courier service.
After you return your items:
  • Our team will inspect the returned items.
  • If the return policy requirements are met, a full refund for the purchase price of the item will be issued.

CANCELLATION POLICY

What is Tan Tag’s Cancellation Policy?

Orders may be cancelled until they have been processed for shipping in our warehouse. Cancellation requests must be communicated through our customer service team at +91 7510097510. Items purchased on sale are exempt from this policy. Upon cancellation, a refund equivalent to the purchase amount will be credited back to your bank account within 7-10 business days.

Can I change my order's shipping address after I've placed it?

Yes, the shipping address may be modified by contacting our customer service team at +91 7510097510, provided the order has not yet been shipped. Additional shipping costs may apply if the revised shipping address is located in a different state.

How long will it take to get a refund after I cancel my order?

The processing time for refunds is contingent upon the payment method used:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): No refund will be processed as no payment was made at the time of placing the order.
  • Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking: Expect the refund to be credited to your account within 7-10 working days post-cancellation of the order. Any coupons used for the purchase will also be reinstated to your account.
