Shipping policy

Products will be dispatched to the address specified on the Order Form only after full payment has been received. Delivery to PO box addresses is prohibited. Typically, orders are shipped within 48 hours of purchase confirmation, except during sale periods when dispatch may take up to 7-10 business days. Estimated delivery timeframes are for reference and commence from the day of dispatch. Delays caused by destination authority or customs clearance procedures are beyond our control.

Our aim is to deliver your items in excellent condition and promptly to the designated person and location. All purchases are insured during transit until delivery, if opted by you during checkout. Shipping charges are calculated based on the total value of the shipment and will be reflected on the order sheet and subsequent invoice. This fee structure applies to deliveries within India. Our courier partners manage all domestic shipments. Delivery for domestic orders typically takes 7–10 working days. Order cut-off times are guidelines and do not account for potential delays in payment authorization. Orders cannot be redirected after shipping.

All orders must be signed for upon delivery. Tan Tag disclaims any responsibility for losses or disappointments due to delivery delays. We advise placing orders with sufficient lead time to avoid such issues. If your order's delivery is delayed, we will notify you promptly and work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

As a security measure, emails and invoices will be sent to the cardholder's registered email and home address if purchases are delivered to an address other than the billing address provided by the cardholder (for example, in the case of a gift). All shipped goods require a signature upon delivery.
